No, BBDS Helpdesk team will get you up and running as soon as your scanner arrives.

No,  BBDS works with several vendors to insure that we will always deliver product in a timely manner.

May I return the scanner?

No, All sales are final.

What will I need to have ready for a successful install ?

If your property is a Hilton or Marriot you will need the administrator password handy to allow the BBDS team to load the driver.
